The following message was sent to hotline. Is there any known bugs in rt
mail or rt Xmh which would cause a message to not get through?

One of my students, kpirani, tries to send mail using Xmh or the normal
system on RT workstations and the messages never get through. The few
messages that have come through have all originated on M9-520-1, a VS2
running X10. Could there be some weird thing that prevents him from
sending mail from RTs? No other users to my knowledge have this problem.
