Thanks for your bug report.  Yes, there are usability
issues with this dialog, due to the limitations of the
zenity program.

In testing, once I tab to the options list, I can move to the
desired option row using the up/down arrow keys.  To
select the option, I can use the left-arrow key to move
to the radio button column, and then select it with space
or Enter.  Admittedly, this is not very intuitive.

Hopefully, we will be able to improve matters when we
update to Firefox 1.5, which handles profile locking
differently.
