What were you trying to do?
Use a USB dongle.

What's wrong:
USB does not work.

What should have happened:
USB should have worked.

Please describe any relevant documentation references:

In testers[7292], I reported that my USB camera did not work under
Linux-Athena 9.4.10. RHEL was unable to assign my USB camera a device
number. The same is true for the Bluetooth dongle I am currently
trying to use (Linksys USBBT100). When I plug it in, dmesg shows:

usb 4-2: new full speed USB device using address 4
usb 4-2: control timeout on ep0out
usb 4-2: control timeout on ep0out
usb 4-2: device not accepting address 4, error -110
usb 4-2: new full speed USB device using address 5
usb 4-2: control timeout on ep0out
usb 4-2: control timeout on ep0out
usb 4-2: device not accepting address 5, error -110

As a result, it does not show up in /proc/bus/usb. This same device,
however, works fine on a Windows laptop I have, and on both OSX and
Ubuntu on another laptop.
