What were you trying to do?
get under quota by using helpquota...
What's wrong:
when helpquota prompted for standardly-deletable files,
Trash had a lot in it, and twice I responded "y" to
delete those files, but helpquota failed to actually
delete them (but without any indication of so failing)
doing it manually with rm -rf * worked just fine...
