A user reported on 3/8 that they were encountering the same difficulty
with the Gnome Panel as described here:

including the referenced patch
(https://bugzilla.redhat.com/beta/attachment.cgi?id=94388) or
alternatively updating gnome-panel to a more recent version in order to
fix the problem? Thanks
