The docbook-utils package in RHEL3 now requires elinks and tetex-dvips
(it did not require these in Athena 9.2 / RHL9). Athena does not
install the Red Hat tetex (or tetex-dvips) packages because it
provides its own version. Unfortunately the athena-tetex RPM does not
provide tetex, tetex-latex, tetex-dvips, or tetex-xdvi to the RPM
database so other packages that depend on tetex cannot be installed
using the athena replacements.
Can you please add the appropriate "Provides" entries to the
athena-tetex package?
While you're at it, could you go through the other replacement
packages and add the Provides lines as well to mitigate this issue
going forward?
Thanks,
-derek
