Sorry about the delay in answering this. This file:

...is truncated.
If you grab a copy of the same file from the dev cell:
/afs/dev/system/rhlinux/rhel-3-updates/RPMS/mozilla-1.4.3-3.0.4.i386.rpm
...you'll be fine. Note, however, that there's a newer mozilla errata
rpm for rhel3. (The athena cell copy will be updated shortly.)
