For the record, I misspoke earlier; send_message tries to stat the file
pointed to by $WGFILE and only sends a zephyr if it exists, so running
owl or another non-zwgc client that doesn't care about WGFILE will in
fact cause it to fall back to using a pager instead of zephyr.
