Issues running SAS on dialup

While SAS generally seems to work over x.dialup, it consistently crashes
when you try to load the help pages with the message:
Error occurred during initialization of VM
Could not reserve enough space for code cache
I'm guessing this is an issue with dialup resource management. If there
isn't a work around for this problem, perhaps 3partysw could put a warning
message when people try to run it over the dialups.
