X sporadically refuses to accept mouse clicks and keyboard input for
many applications, including xscreensaver noted previously, as well as
mozilla, and occasionally just on login. This is on a dualheaded
system.
It's possible that the problem may lie in incompatibility of the
installed version XFree86 and Matrox's mga_drv.o (not the original
mga_drv.o that comes with athena, but a version downloaded from
matrox.com with dualhead support).
