Nope.

I don't know what led to it. Ultimately I found there was another
backgrounded mozilla -remote that was hung there and not terminated.
That doesn't give much of an inkling as to what was wrong, though,
but I think it can be considered an isolated occurance.

For me, the frustrating part was to have to dig through several
layers of shell script spooge in order to find where the real
error was occuring, and being frustrated by the fact that it was
masked via a /dev/null redirection.
