I looked into this product and it's unlikely that we'll be able to get it
for Athena in the forseeable future:

They don't offer unlimited academic site licenses and their licensing model
doesn't otherwise fit with the one we need for Athena, which is concurrent
use licenses- instead they offer individual user licenses. Even if we
could come up with some way of counting actual users and setting up licenses
for them (they normally issue serialized license key files that are unique
for each user), the license fees for a realistic number of users would be
significantly more than we can afford now. 

The chances for something like this would be better if you could identify
similar products that are no-cost, or that offer low-cost site licenses.
We appreciate your suggestion and interest.
