Thanks for flaming at us about the printers (seriously--sometimes we
can't know about a problem unless someone tells us about it). I'm
sorry that Athena made your work more difficult than it needed to be.
Your remarks have been sent on to the folks who make the decisions
about printer availability, and I hope they will see the problem as
clearly as you have (and then act on it).
