Alex can fix his panel configuration by running "athrun release
fixpanel" and logging out and back in again.
I believe the install is not properly running athchanges because /srvd
does not exist at the time /etc/init.d/finish-update runs.
Garry has switched the default install back to 9.1. We will figure out
the least hackish fix (they're all kind of gross) and there will be a
patch release at some point.
