Hi Kevin -
Since Mozilla is now the supported browser for Athena, the Gnome menu entry for Netscape is due to be deleted, so this bad link will soon go away.
Netscape will remain, however, in the infoagents locker, and you can still run it using the following commands:
add infoagents
netscape &
