The bug you pointed to has been resolved as a duplicate of #98969, which
has been closed with a status of "rawhide," which means they believe
they've fixed the problem in their master sources but aren't intending
to release an errata RPM for any current release.
We could include rawhide RPMs in the Athena release, but it's not a
great business to be getting into; they aren't tested as well as release
RPMs and they could create dependencies on other bleeding-edge stuff.
In this case it might not be a terrible idea, though; I'll think about
it.
