The Megapel (alias Megaproblem) display has trouble with colormaps. When I use
my 'xim' program to display images, I have trouble when I allocate new
colormaps with XCreateColormap(...., AllocAll) and then use
StoreColors(). The installed colors are not in the correct locations
in the colormap but are offset and backwards.
To see this I use an xcmap program wich displays the current colormap,
and xim to display a 256 color image. Neither the image or colormap,
look exactly correct. I'll show whoever, this bug if it is new. This
is not a problem on
the qvss or parallax displays.
