A brief synopsis of the problem:
After the new release, the /mit/sipb/vaxbin/webster and
/mit/sipb/vaxbin/webster are not working properly!!!!

For example :

After I typed `error' in the abvove, the window is just there stuck and doing
nothing. After several minutes, I tried to find the status of the webster
