my normal state is for my inbox to be a symlink
to another directory. well, my xmh just did this
TocMsgFromId search failed! hi=313, lo=312, msgid=1440
errno = 0
[1] Illegal instruction xmh (core dumped)
and i now find that my inbox is not a symlink but
a newly minted hard directory. the target of the
symlink is just fine, only the link is broken and
replaced with the hard directory.
weird. [ see ~geer/open/core.xmh.21apr88 ]
the side effect of scaring me with an apparently
empty inbox was a bit unwelcome...
