Windows open in wrong workspace

Dear Sir/Madam
since I use the new version of athena on the private workstation kinglear
working with 4 workspaces in a 2*2 configuration
I have often encountered the following problem:
I have one application (e.g. exmh, acrobatreader, mozilla) in one workspace
and when it opens another window (compose a mail, find a word)
this window appears in another workspace.
