I have a friend who has had this problem also.... It appears that our versions
of these are incompatible with those outside.

Subject: atob & btoa ...

While attempting to use atob and btoa (by way of {,un}tarmail), I
continually get a "bad format or Csum error" from atob. The mail file
on which I attempted this came from accross the country, so there may
be a problem there, but the originator performed the same task on a
round-trip message & was successful.

Have there been any changes to these two programs locally? Are they
supported? How old are they? A further test on a binary
(~/Bin/zcheckmail) was successful, but this, of course, didn't go
through the mail.
