When a window with a tiled background is partially off screen, and is moved
so that a part which was previously off screen moves onto the screen, that
part is not redrawn correctly. Specifically, there is a one pixel wide line
(the line that used to be the one immediately off the screen) that is not
redrawn. Sounds like an off-by-one error in the server code.
Seen on a megapel. I haven't checked an apa16.
