This was reported on testers as well; response from there included

This was caused by the the kerberos4 SASL plugin getting rebuilt
without /usr/athena/lib in its rpath; it appears cyrus-sasl has an at
least partially broken build system and will generate such plugins even
with configured and built with LDFLAGS="-L/usr/athena/lib
-Wl,-R/usr/athena/lib" unless LD_RUN_PATH is set in the environment.
It's normally set by do.sh, but the kerberos4 plugin was rebuilt with
just gmake, causing the problem.

Greg says the entire package will be rebuilt for 9.2.12, which will
fix this problem.
