Since Jeff was copying onto live packs, he wanted to make sure that if a
person was using a particular binary, they would no lose. He therefore
moved the programs to *.jisdel as a new one was moved in. Jeff is aware
of this, and mentioned he would clean up in a day or so, to make sure
the old binaries were not in use.
