What were you trying to do?
I was using the gnome desktop menu to create a new terminal window
What's wrong: When using the desktop menu (middle button) to create a
new window ("New terminal window", I got in my console:
Xlib: extension "RENDER" missing on display ":0.0"
The window was created, apparently OK.
What should have happened:
I would not expect a error message in my console log.
