detach currently doesn't have an easy way to force unmounting of a
filesystem. To do so requires that it not try to unmap the user, and to
ignore unmap timeouts from the machine.
It would be nice to have the -force option mean more than 'do no
concurrency control', and have it do all the stuff needed to forcibly
and quickly unmount the filesystem.
