Hi,
The "from" codebase was completely redone between 9.1 and 9.2, and we'd
like to avoid making changes to the 9.1 codebase at this point. Bob is
going to look into making the new "from" timeout more quickly, so this
should be fixed entirely this summer.
If the po11 problem drags on a lot longer and we need immediate relief,
we can fix the global dotfiles to background the "from" invocation, but
that hopefully won't be necessary.
