/bin/mail should be copied local on print servers. The -m flag for
notification on job completion will work (sort of -- a few
modifications are needed, and I can provide the new sources) if
/bin/mail is local, and we've never bothered to make it local or make
the slight fixes that are necessary, so it's never worked.
