   It doesn't look like this is going to get done before then; there's a
Delivery process meeting from 2-4 PM this afternoon.  I will try to make
sure it happens before class on Thursday.

   If it's acceptable to the licensing terms, putting "mit rl" on the
AFS ACL for the matlab_v6.5 locker should be sufficient (basically, just
copy what was done for the acro_v5.0.5 locker; this should sound
familiar to Alex).  Changing the acls shouldn't take very long at all; I
don't know how long it will take to push a copy of the data onto all of
the machines, but unless the network is a lot worse than I think, it
should be done by Thursday.
