I've been getting errors locking the ticket file for both attaches of
lockers and checking mail. Does this indicate that we are starting to
get contention problems or is there a bug here somewhere?
e.g.
msgchk: Post office refused connection: Can't lock ticket file; try later (tf_ut
il)
This happen this morning at 8:15, I would not think the system should be
too busy at this time of day.
