Good afternoon,

In the next few days, I will be sending you the url to the final draft of
the MIT Spam Screening site. We would appreciate if you could take a few
minutes and review the instructions for your e-mail client of choice for
technical accuracy and ease of use. The site includes instructions for
configuring Eudora, Netscape, Outlook, Entourage, Apple Mail, Evolution and
Pine as well as a page to configure your personalized spam settings:
threshold, allow/deny lists, and optional purging.

Our plan is to share the site with the rest of IT-Partners next week, but
in the meantime we wanted to get your feedback. We request that you do not
share the site with more than one or two staff since we expect some number
of changes and would like to keep the group we need to communicate with
regarding changes, small. We will be announcing it to the community at
large on March 3rd.

Please send any comments or questions to <nospam-deploy@mit.edu>.

Thanks,
Jon
