zwgc on remote machines

Symptom: zwgc does not exit until after the remote server is shutdown
Repeat by: log into machine#1 running X
xhost to machine #2
log into machine#2 also running X
start zgwc on machine #2
log out of machine#2
wait awhile for zephyr to catch up (in case)
zlocate $USER
machine#2 machine#1:0.0 $USER
user still has a zephyr link on machine 2 even though he
is no longer using machine#2
Note: this problem may be exacurbated by machine#2 not deactivating
much obliged,
