The bug here is that the message that the print server's returning is
useless; I recall getting as far as debating the wording of the fix,
and don't know what happened after that.
What the print server means, is that the printer's not responding to
connections, perhaps because it's off the network, or crashed in some
way. The print server retries a few times, then gives up, sending you
that message.
My scan makes it look like that printer's on the network, but crashed
(probably displaying "79 service error"). A reasonable first try at
clearing it would be to power the printer off and then on; if that
doesn't help, calling Hotline might be necessary.
