I have a style/phrasing nit; you're clearly on the right track as far
as content goes, though.

I don't like the sentence "The solution is to obtain new ones in Mozilla."
or the sentence after it, because it implies that deleting the old ones
is a side effect of getting new ones.

How about:

This is a caused by a Mozilla bug, which seems to be triggered by
importing some certificates from Netscape. The solution is to obtain
new certificates with Mozilla, after deleting all of the imported
  certificates.

To do this, close all Mozilla windows, then run:

    athena% add infoagents
    athena% zap-mozilla-certs

Next, run Mozilla and re-obtain certificates by visiting
http://ca.mit.edu. After you've done this, you'll have new
certificates, but your other preferences should be preserved.
