Hi,
Sorry it's taken us so long to get back to you. This question is more
appropriate for OLC and you would have received a faster answer had
you asked there. I assume your browser is mozilla, the new default on
Athena. Unfortunately, mozilla sometimes has trouble importing your
certificates from netscape, and you get the rather obtuse error
message above when this occurs. If you're still having this problem
do the following:
1) quit any copies of mozilla that you have running on Athena
2) run the following commands at the Athena prompt.
add infoagents
clearcerts
3) start mozilla and go to https://ca.mit.edu to get a new
personal certificate.
