If this happened when the user tried to print one of the help files, this is a
known and locally documented bug, with a (kludgy) workaround: please read
/mit/soffice_v6.0/README.athena for details.

It shouldn't be happening otherwise, such as when a users prints some 
non-helpfile document they created- if this isn't the case please let me know.

Both Sun and the Open Office project are aware of this bug and intend to
fix it in future releases- so I don't think it's worth significant work-around
efforts in the interim.
