Tom,
It looks you updated this machine directly from 8.4 to 9.1; in
general, it's never safe o update an Athena machine by multiple releases
at the same time. The mchine should have been updated to 9.0, and then
to 9.1. I'm not sure if the machine is simple to fix in its current
state or not, but it's almost certainly not in a state where we can
effectively support it.
