We moved "psnup" and the other Transcript programs into the
"psutils" locker for 9.1, leaving attachandrun scripts in
/usr/athena/ma. The manpages got lost in the shuffle. I've submitted
patches to make symlinks to the psutils locker in /usr/athena/man for
the manpages; in the meantime; you can "add psutils" to get the man
pages.
