Sorry, I think that bug report can be ignored. The installer bombed
out after the lilo failure, or it would have done most of the things
it should have done to take care of the other points.
I will note two things, though:
* Blindly setting up ifcfg-eth0 won't work on all machines,
particularly laptops with wired and wireless interface.
* On the Thinkpad, if you don't configure the native wired interface
(eth0) before loading the driver for the wireless card, the
wireless card comes up as eth0, shadowing the wired interface.
Bogus. I don't know if we should really try to handle that.
