The README in the thesis locker says to send mail to bugs if errors
are found with files in the thesis locker.
/mit/thesis/thesis_specs.tec has an error: in the URL it gives for
the libraries' thesis specification, it lists their hostname as
libraries.mit.ed
instead of
libraries.mit.edu
