If the mount point of a filesystem is on a fascist filesystem,
it can not be unmounted by the normal deactivate (because mappings
are purged before the unmount). Ex:
% attach -m /paris paris:root
paris:root: NFS mounted PARIS.MIT.EDU:/ on /paris (read-write)
% attach paris:source
paris:source: NFS mounted PARIS.MIT.EDU:/source on /paris/source (read-write)
% nfsid -u paris
PARIS.MIT.EDU: unmapped
% detach paris:source
paris:source: Unable to unmount /paris/source: I/O error
%
If it can't lookup the mountpoint, it should still unmount the filesystem.
