libghttp not 'attached' to gnome-config in Linux-Athena

Even though libghttp and libghttp-devel are installed, they
are not connected to gnome-config because gnome-config is
in /usr/athena/bin and looking in /usr/athena/lib for
libghttpConf.sh, but the libghttp-devel package places
that file in /usr/lib/
One fix would be to add a symlink from /usr/athena/lib/ghttpConf.sh
Another fix would be to fix /usr/athena/bin/gnome-config to also
look in /usr/lib for configuration information.
