Hi. Unfortunately, this is a "feature" of the way xss-demo maintains
the contents of the preferences file. Since it has no notion of what
is user-specified, as opposed to a system default, it considers any
system entries not found in the file as new, and merges them in. (If
you want to deselect any of the saver programs, without the bother of
unmarking it in xss-demo, you can put a '-' in the first column of
its programs section entry -- xss-demo should preserve that). Also,
comments are not preserved in the file, but you should be able to
use xss-demo (or the '-' edit) to enable/disable your special entry.
