What were you trying to do?
Futz with the panel
What's wrong:
The tooltip for the hidebutton is always, "Hide this panel,"
even when the panel is already hidden, and it should be
"Show this panel" or somesuch.
What should have happened:
something should update the tooltips for that window created by
make_hidebutton() in basep-widget.c.
