For performance reasons, we make a nightly local copy of part of the
infoagents locker on Athena machines. Unfortunately, this process has
not proven to be 100% robust, and occasionally the local copy doesn't
work on some machine or another. (Some of the time our mechanisms can
detect an incomplete local copy and avoid using it, but not always.)
If this problem has not corrected itself overnight, the workaround is
to run "athrun infoagents netscape" to specifically run netscape from
the infoagents locker.
I don't believe this problem is specifically related to taking the 9.0
release, although I'm interested in knowing if it hasn't corrected
itself on the machine you saw it on.
