Hi,
A user on w20-575-119 (an O2) had his keyboard stop working after
locking his screen with xss. Unplugging and replugging the keyboard
didn't help. He wasn't doing anything else that I know of that would
cause this problem, so maybe it's a hardware problem and I should ask
hotline.
