use afs
What's wrong:
The CellServDB on my system, either from install time or last
update, isn't current. The zone cell servers are listed as
being on 18.177.
config_afs doesn't seem to be run at boot time.
It is in the reactivate script, but I'm logged into this
machine most of the time, so it doesn't reactivate.
What should have happened:
Install/update should've given me a current CellServDB.
config_afs should probably also get run at boot time.
