Problem with new Netscape

I got the following error when I logged in this morning. I thought it might
be related to the new release so I updated my workstation. I still get the
error:
10:31 /var/athena/infoagents/arch/share/bin/netscape.adjusted:
/var/local/rar/.netscape/preferences.js: cannot create
10:32 ERROR: ld.so.1: /var/athena/infoagents/arch/sun4x_57/MIT-only/netscape
/netscape: fatal: libnspr4.so: open failed: No such file or directory
10:32 Cant load plugin /afs/athena.mit.edu/software/java_v1.3.0/distrib/sun4
x_57/jre/plugin/sparc/ns600/libjavaplugin_oji.so. Ignored.
Also, it seems that my home page (and possibly more) have reverted to the
default. When I try to change them, I get an error message saying that:
error saving options
Permission denied
Help?
