I'd like a little more information on this. Does it happen with any two
windows, or are there some specific site(s) you visit regularly which do
this? I ask because I was unable to reproduce the problem.

It's probably just Netscape being flaky in ways we can't fix anyhow, but
I'd like to see it in action.
