I ran into a few delta with the new release that I thought I should let
someone know.
1. OLC Stock answers still points to "NEW SOFTWARE RELEASE (8.3)"
2. The 8.4 Release notes that are pointed to via the help web pages
are better, but very brief. For example, I was looking for the
varilable(s) I need to change to disable the screensaver/lock or
change the time before it is invoked. Those types of details used to
be easily available. Perhaps a pointer from the Release web page?
3. When the screen saver gets invoked, sometimes I get one or a lot of:
moire: XShmAttach failed!
4. When I invoke Netscape, I get:
No plugin nppdf.so. Reverting to save-to-disk for type application/pdf.
Is this something I need to change?
